Director of Operations / Client Services (Company Management & Tax services)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Director / Client Services
to lead and manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring their corporate structures meet the highest standards of
compliance, tax efficiency, and legal integrity
. This leadership role is central to supporting our clients in navigating international structuring, legal and fiscal requirements, while also contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on
    international corporate structuring
    , helping them achieve optimal tax and legal positioning across jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant
    global tax regulations and transparency standards
    (CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, ESR).
  • Oversee the management and administration of
    corporate structures, partnerships, and trusts
    in line with legal and fiscal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting and compliance teams on matters related to
    tax, financial reporting, and administration
    .
  • Monitor changes in legislation, anticipate risks, and provide proactive guidance to clients on
    tax, legal, and compliance impacts
    .
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Law, Accounting, Tax, or a related field
    .
  • 15+ years of experience
    in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in senior management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of
    i
    nternational tax regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing client service teams.
  • Commercially driven with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
