Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist based in the Cordoba, Argentina Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The CRM Specialist will oversee daily customer interactions, build strong client relationships, and support sales initiatives. Responsibilities include managing and analyzing CRM systems, identifying client needs, coordinating project scopes, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales practices
- Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management expertise
- Exceptional Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Adaptability to hybrid work and an organized approach to multitasking
- Experience in customer-facing roles or CRM tools is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
