Billing Customer Care Analyst - Req Eventual.

Estamos seleccionando para importante empresa del rubro tecnológico.
Zona de trabajo: Puerto Madero (CABA) y Olivos (GBA Norte).
Jornada laboral: Lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 hs.
Esquema de empleo: Híbrido. 3x2 (3 días presencial, 2 días home office).
Modalidad de contratación: Eventual 6 meses con posibilidad de extensión.
Se Ofrece: Swiss Medical plan CL, comedor en las oficinas con servicio de catering y computadora corporativa.

Las principales funciones del puesto serán:


• Revisar y dar seguimiento con clientes externos para recibir información anticipada y ejecutar la facturación.

• Interactuar con el equipo interdisciplinario para analizar errores de facturación y solicitar correcciones.

• Soporte de facturación / Análisis e investigación de las principales cuentas no facturadas (entre regiones).

• Contactar al cliente para brindar soporte y resolver consultas sobre proformas.

• Contactar al equipo interno para brindar soporte y solicitar correcciones en el sistema con el fin de resolver problemas de facturación, enfocándose en las causas raíz.

• Realizar controles y proponer mejoras a los procesos actuales.

• Contactar al equipo de Producción de Facturación y al equipo de Operaciones de Facturación para soporte en procesos.

• Controlar y gestionar el proceso de desconexión para clientes con prerrequisitos.

Requisitos:


• Estudiantes o graduados/as de Administración, Sistemas, Finanzas, Economía o afines.

Experiencia:


• 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente o comunicación con clientes externos.


• Experiencia deseable en el área de Telecomunicaciones, Facturación o Finanzas.

Portugués: Avanzado. Excluyente.

Inglés: Avanzado. Deseable.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Intermedio-Avanzado), (Teams / Word / Excel / PowerPoint, PowerBI)

• Dominio de Microsoft 365 (Teams / Word / Excel / PowerPoint)

• SAP (Deseable)

• PowerBI deseable como usuario.

• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español y portugués
