Responsabilidades principales Planificar y dirigir los proyectos de inicio a fin, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos, costos, alcance, estándares de calidad y rentabilidad prevista. Realizar la planificación de producción, asignación eficiente de recursos, consumo de materiales, disponibilidad de mano de obra y capacidad instalada. Gestionar comunicaciones de proyecto, asegurando claridad, seguimiento de hitos y control efectivo de cambios. Coordinar y activar compras, dando seguimiento a proveedores, materiales críticos y la cadena de suministro. Supervisar inventarios, demanda y abastecimiento para asegurar la continuidad operativa. Optimizar procesos logísticos, transporte y entregas para garantizar cumplimiento con el cliente. Gestionar riesgos operativos y contractuales, implementando acciones preventivas y correctivas. Analizar datos operativos y de proyecto para mejorar la eficiencia, el flujo de trabajo y la toma de decisiones. Negociar con stakeholders internos y externos para asegurar alineación, acuerdos funcionales y resolución de conflictos. Asegurar que la documentación del proyecto esté completa, actualizada y correctamente almacenada en el sistema, en coordinación con el área de documentación. Título o estudiante avanzado de Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Organización Industrial o carreras afines. Deseable certificación en gestión de proyectos: CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum u otras equivalentes. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en entornos industriales, manufactura o gestión de proyectos técnicos. Dominio avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito). Habilidad comprobada para trabajar bajo presión, administrar múltiples proyectos y cumplir con plazos exigentes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
