What You’ll Do Coordinate Real-Time Operations : Manage time-sensitive scheduling updates, shift changes, and continuity tasks in collaboration with care teams. Work Alongside AI Systems : Use intelligent tools that help you make faster, more accurate scheduling and communication decisions. Resolve Issues with Care and Calm : Respond professionally to last-minute changes or urgent situations—balancing empathy with execution. Maintain Operational Clarity : Log updates accurately and consistently to keep workflows visible and organized. Collaborate Across Teams : Work with schedulers, caregivers, and leadership to ensure smooth, reliable operations. Improve the Process : Identify recurring challenges and share insights that help refine how we deliver reliability at scale. What We’re Looking For Experience in home care, healthcare administration, scheduling, or customer operations (preferred but not required) Comfort working with new technology—especially AI-driven systems or tools that optimize workflow Exceptional written and spoken communication skills (bilingual Spanish-English a plus) Calm under pressure, highly organized, and detail-oriented Why This Role Stands Out Fast Decision Process: Expect a decision within 3 business days of your interview.
