We are hiring Research and Development Manager - Seeds and Biotech Traits to join the Bioceres Seeds team
The position will Lead the R&D team, and manage R&D activities globally, in order to develop new products and technologies in seeds and biotech traits, while optimizing process and bringing innovation.
**Crops**: Row crops in general, with main focus in Wheat, Soybean, Corn and Alfafa.
**Location of the position**: Rosario, Pergamino or Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**Work Modality**: Hybrid position.

Opera desde 1977 en la investigación, desarrollo, producción y comercialización de sus principales líneas de productos: Semillas, Inoculantes, Terápicos para semillas, Biofertilizantes, Coadyuvantes, Micronutrientes, Pildorado de Semillas, Cebos para el control de plagas y Control de plagas en granos almacenados.

**Requisitos**:
PhD in a relevant field (e.g. biology, agronomics, genetics, breeding). Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D management in the industry (plant breeding or biotechnology). Proven track record of participation in development of varieties/hydrids or biotech traits. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of researchers, including remote. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership across multiple locations. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities for innovation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Advanced english leve lis a must. Availability to travel within inside and outside of Argentina. Have a driver's license.
