**Claims Manager**:

**What the day will look like**:

- General management of the claims' area, handling and leading the team.
- Monitoring of recoveries and reservations relationship with different areas and countries

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Advanced english
- Degree or equivalent experience in Actuary, Economics, Administration, Engineering or related careers
- Analytical profile
- Experience leading teams
- Experience in reinsurance, preferably in claims (3 years minimum)
- Experience working in a broker, reinsurer or insurance company (ideally)
