Es el enlace técnico estratégico para cuentas críticas, combinando conocimiento profundo del negocio, capacidades técnicas y habilidades de gestión para impulsar el éxito de los proyectos. ⚡¿Qué desafíos te esperan en este rol? Comprender el negocio y las necesidades del cliente, promoviendo un ambiente colaborativo. Entender la infraestructura y los componentes críticos del cliente. Proponer actividades de mejora y modernización. Preparar y presentar propuestas técnicas y cotizaciones a clientes y fabricantes. Asistir al equipo comercial en la documentación para pedidos de fondos con fabricantes. Realizar el seguimiento de pedidos y claims de fondos aprobados. Gestionar la relación técnica entre la empresa, el cliente y los fabricantes. Escalar problemas y resolver trabas en la ejecución de proyectos. Identificar nuevas oportunidades como pruebas de concepto (PoC) o proyectos estratégicos. Supervisar contratos y aspectos financieros asociados a las cuentas. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia en proyectos de data con tecnologías como BI/business ingelligence, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Datawarehouse (Redshift, Oracle DWH, Snowflake, Teradata, Microsoft SSAS, Microsoft SSIS, Synapse), Datalake, etls (dbt, matillion, python, glue, apache spark). Conocimientos en infraestructura. Conocimientos de tecnologías y arquitectura de sistemas. Conocimientos en nube pública y privadas. Conocimientos de metodologías agile.
