**Principal Accountabilities**:
Manage the portfolio according to legal proceedings with efficiency and proactiveness. Comply with objectives set for the team.

Provide legal counsel, negotiate settlements and update clients on the status of their claims.

Suggest actions and put them into practice in order to increase our penetration in different markets and improve results.

Work with surveyors and correspondents on effectively safeguarding client’s rights and protecting available jurisdictions.

Support the Specialist and Country Manager in different matters related to the operation.

Participate in a diverse global recovery team, sharing knowledge and experiences. Understand and effectively communicate BARBUSS value proposition and culture

**Requirements**:
Previous experience between 3 to 6 years in Law Firms and/or Insurance Companies. Law degree

Enrolled in Bar Association (CABA)

Previous experience in litigation is a must.

Advanced level of English (oral and written).

**Skills**

Excellent negotiation skills
