**The Job - Claims Agent**

The Claims Agent will report directly to their Supervisor and VP of BA Operations. This is an administrative role that requires a high level organization, the ability to multitask and work as a part of a team.

**As a Claims Agent, you will be responsible for**:
Ensure we find the responsible parties for the damages incurred to our vehiclesComplete the life cycle of a Claim on a timely manner to ensure we’re able to collect the payment for the repairCreate Claims for every issue submittedKeep the department documentation up to dateConduct auditsProvide support to our users regarding their Claims. A great experience will help us reduce the amount of disputes.Collaborate with other departments to support any internal functions and requests as neededProvide feedback to Claims supervisors and department manager regarding trends and opportunities to improve the department’s processes and customer experienceProactively take steps to improve the department’s processes and customer experienceDirect customers to the appropriate parties and facilitate a seamless handoff if the customer requires additional assistance from a team member from another department
- Works as a team with other departments as needed to solve customer issues ensure the customer is getting the best possible care
