Your tasks and responsibilitiesResponsible for planned Margin and the profitability of the projectEnsure cost transparency and correct cost allocation, performance monitoringEnsure contract enforcement and contract improvementsDefine & implement zone support controlling activities & teamHarmonize closing process at zone levelSupport Contract Management to standardize contracts (Lego Concept)Participate in Project Handover meetingsReport and manage Non Conformance CostHandle potential claims & detect NCCs related issuesLead project reviews together with Project ManagersEnsure that the cash obligations are performed according to contract T&CsControl backlog and contract distractsEnsure correct revenue recognitionProvide sales margin transparencyParticipate and provide input to the S&OP (instruments & reagents)Operational procurement for low volumes and daily itemsActive & systematic interaction with Project ManagementEnsure tools data quality & compliance for risk & internal controlsAct as a change management agent by managing process changes to guide continuous improvement processesYour qualifications and experienceBachelor degree in financeStrong analytical skills with structured thinking capabilitiesAbility to excel in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment with multi-tasking and short timelines, achieving financial accuracyUnderstanding of markets & products related to FX, commodities, Money Markets, banking processes & regulatory aspectsFluent in English and SpanishBeing part of our teamSiemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company.
