**laims Team**
This team is a crucial part of our company since they are in charge of finding responsible parties for the damages caused to our vehicles, coordinating with repair vendors for estimates and finally, billing and collecting payments as swiftly as possible.
The** Claims Agent **will report directly to their Team Leader and Head of Department. This is an administrative role that requires a high level organization, the ability to multitask and work as a part of a team.
**In this position, you will be responsible for**Creating photo estimates for the damagesCreating Claims from IssuesCoordinate with the vendors for estimates and chargesBeing on top of the body shops to ensure our vehicles are repaired as fast as possible.
- Update the vehicle Status on our platforms
**Requirements**:
