Your mission as Functional Analyst
The Functional Analyst position is part of the Prodruct Team and will directly contributes to Kids Corp's mission by connecting various team members and acting as a facilitator for optimal workflow, reporting to the Product Manager.
What You'll Do Collaborating with users and other stakeholders to understand and document their needs and requirements. Interacting with the Product Manager to understand and create functional documents. Working with users to validate and obtain their approval on proposed requirements and designs. Documenting requirements clearly and understandably for the product team (Development, Tech Support, UX/UI, and QA), ensuring the team members understand the requirements and expectations. Addressing product area inquiries during the implementation process and keeping documentation updated. Ensuring all backlog tasks are associated with a functional document.

**Requisitos**:
What It Takes To Succeed
Require a minimum of 2 years of experience in the role or a similar position. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Systems, Software, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of management tools such as Jira and Notion expected. Knowledge of Scrum methodology desired. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for software development. Effective communication is key to gather requirements from stakeholders, convey technical information to non-technical team members, and facilitate collaboration between different teams. Being able to identify problems, propose solutions, and anticipate potential issues during the software development lifecycle. Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation including functional requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and test cases. Being meticulous in documenting requirements and ensuring that the software meets the specified functional requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as developers, testers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure that software solutions meet business objectives. Being able to adapt to changing project requirements, timelines, and priorities in a dynamic software development environment. Understanding of software testing principles and practices to ensure the quality of the delivered software.
