**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Your Tasks
- You translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems.
- You have analytical capacity, initiative and problem-solving ability.
- You participate in the design of architectural blueprints & drive technical leadership within the development, design and engineering team led by the software architect.
- You work with functional peers to meet specific solution requirements using proven methods.
- You will participate in analysis requirements with our customers and develop a common understanding of future business and IT processes.
- You have the ability to work in a team with good management of interpersonal relationships, being willing to share information and knowledge and to take users into account.
- You work with Kyndryl experts and Partners to develop strategies for our clients in their transformation to cloud.
- Agile work is natural for you. (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
- You are actively involved in our professional Kyndryl internal technical communities.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Your Profile
- Professional experience: at least 5 years working as Functional analyst.
- Reveal, analyze and document technical incidents. Carrying out the development of the functional specification together with the team.
- Generate functional specifications and test documentation if necessary.
- Assisting in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management aspects such as Business Model of IT, Application & Technology Landscape and IT Operating Model.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills.
- Language skills: Fluent Spanish and English speaking.
- High willingness to explore and learn new products and solutions.
- The ability to manage multiple demands on your time, working with cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
- Sound knowledge of projects, improvements and support.
- A collaborative, solution
- and customer-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Organizational capacity, attending to its own order that facilitates access to what it may need, as well as interest in measuring the performance of processes.
- Ability to work in a team with good management of interpersonal relationships, being willing to share information and knowledge and to take users into account.
- Active listening and assertive communication, with the ability to generate positive professional working relationships with the work team and clients. Negotiation skills, flexibility and proactivity.
- Stay up to date about technological advances to propose solutions according to market practices.
- Experience with data modeling, database design, & service-oriented architecture.
- Experience in integrating Mainframe data and services with hybrid cloud SaaS solutions.
- Experience in IT / digital technologies solution/service development.
- Experience with (SDLC) software development lifecycle processes.
- Experience of working in multi-cultural teams / international environment.

**Required Education**

High School Diploma/GED
