Now, a new company is emerging under IPLAN’s backing: RESTART . This startup will work on cutting-edge technology projects, using AI and developing prototypes to launch new digital products. Senior Functional Analyst We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join our process team — a key liaison between business and technical teams, leading requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation to ensure successful implementation of systems and tech projects. Key Responsibilities Gather functional and technical requirements from business users. Analyze current processes and propose IT solutions to optimize them. Document functional specifications, flow diagrams, use cases, and technical requirements. Support the development team in understanding the required functionalities. Participate in project planning and tracking (agile and/or waterfall). Design and execute functional testing (UAT, integration testing) and coordinate with QA. Manage incidents and provide second-level functional support. Serve as a functional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement in analysis and documentation processes. What we’re looking for Degree or advanced studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, or related fields. 5+ years of experience as a functional analyst in system development or implementation projects. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management. Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Figma, Bizagi, Visio). Experience in designing and validating test cases. Solid knowledge of databases (SQL) and APIs (REST/SOAP). Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills. Experience in ERP, CRM, or BSS projects. Advanced Excel and database handling (SQL, Power BI is a plus). Advanced English.
