**About the role**

As a **Senior Business Analyst / Functional Analyst (BI)**, you will make an impact by translating business needs into actionable BI requirements and contributing to the design of effective data and visualization solutions. You will be a valued member of our Business Intelligence team, collaborating closely with developers, product leaders, and client stakeholders across Latin America and global teams.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements in partnership with client stakeholders.
- Define functional specifications and acceptance criteria to ensure accurate, high‑quality BI deliverables.
- Analyze business data, KPIs, and processes to support solution design and decision‑making.
- Design and validate BI solutions across data layers (SQL, data modeling) and visualization tools (Qlik Sense / Power BI).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to support BI development and deployment.

**Work model**:
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a **hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week** in a client office located in **Munro, Buenos Aires Province**.

**What you need to have to be considered**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in BI or Analytics projects.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into functional and analytical requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and BI visualization tools (Qlik Sense and/or Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including client‑facing interactions.
- Advanced English (oral and written), required for regional and global communication.
- Experience working in agile methodologies.

**These will help you stand out**:

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience supporting regional or global BI solution implementations.
- Knowledge of data modeling and BI best practices.
