InterConnecta is looking for a remote Functional Analyst to join our technology team.

We are a company dedicated to business software consulting implementation, development and integration. Currently, we have employees and customers in Peru, Argentina, Puerto Rico and the United States.

The technology operations team is in charge of executing project tasks and support tickets. You will be joining a team of other Developers and Functional / Business Analysts.

This remote position requires verifiable work experience with business software implementation. You should be familiar with business process analysis and documentation, have the technical capacity of performing advanced configurations in such systems, and working alongside developers to meet project objectives.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP/CRM Analyst, System Administrator, Consultant, or related positions in the business software space.
- Excellent English skills. Ability to communicate fluidly on calls with team members and customers.
- Self-sufficiency and ability to learn about technical and configuration tasks quickly.
- Experience with flow-chart and diagramming tools such as Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio, etc.
- Basic knowledge of relational database structures and SQL language.
- Basic knowledge of Web Services and web API concepts (not at a developer level).

**You are expected to**:

- Meet with customers in order to collect information about their business process, providing solutions and suggesting potential actions based on their requirements and your expertise.
- Provide technical requirements to the development team while staying in communication with Project Coordinators and Account Managers.
- Work on the implementation of process and system changes and enhancements, taking into account the business needs of our customers.
- Constantly document your work in written or graphical form.
