Queremos sumar a nuestro equipo a un Technical Support (nível 1) al área de Infraestructura. Si aún estás estudiando carreras afines a la tecnología, ingeniería en informática o técnicaturas en infraestructura, este trabajo es ideal para vos Vas a tener el propósito deAdministrar y dar soporte sobre ciertas tecnologías particulares que permita asistir a clientes internos y externos a la organización, así como también trabajar en micro implementaciones para optimizar desde lo tecnológico procesos internos. Tus principales funciones serán
- Dar soporte a los usuarios internos de la organización. - Brindar seguimiento sobre los issues, a través de la plataforma de tickets. - Buscar soluciones prácticas dentro del tiempo establecido. - Tener comunicación directa con el cliente en español e inglés. - Trabajar sobre proyectos particulares que requiereel equipo IT. - Cumplir con las fechas de entrega y objetivos. - Tener ownership en el control de inventario, pedido de órdenes de compra y contacto c on proveedores. - Analizar y resolver inconvenientes sobre la plataforma.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência de 1 año o más trabajando como soporte técnico nível 1. Conocimientos básicos de un sistema operativo (no excluyente). Sólidos conocimientos en Windows 10 para asistir al personal. Conocimiento básico de redes. Capacidad de gestión y administración de plataformas (creación de documentos de control y administración de plataformas como Office 365, G Suite o similares, deseable) Experiência en armado y reparación de equipamiento informático (PC, Notebooks, impresoras, etc). Experiência en armado de manuales y tutoriales (wiki/FAQ). Inglés intermedio Y que dispongas deCapacidad de comunicación clara (interacción constante con el usuario). Escucha activa (comprender el problema del usuario). Flexibilidad. Resolución de problemas de forma objetiva. Trabajo en equipo. Proactividad. Sentido de curiosidad e indagación para posibles soluciones. Cierto nível de organización para llevar varias tareas en paralelo.
