Senior Technical Support Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Core Banking, Merchant, Biller, and Payment Processing systems. This role involves providing multi-level support and collaborating with global teams to ensure service continuity. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1, L1.5, and L2 technical support for Core Banking operations, merchant and biller management. Understand the application landscape and tech stack to resolve incidents efficiently. Ensure continuity of support during critical issues, including off‑hour availability in coordination with a 24×7 support team. Mandatory Requirements: 3 – 7 years of experience in technical support roles. Strong domain knowledge in Core Banking. Experience with SQL and log analysis. Understanding of REST APIs. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong documentation skills and ability to multitask effectively. Basic knowledge of technology in Java. Nice to have: Experience in Finance, Merchant, Billing, and Payment Processing systems. Familiarity with Support KPIs and performance tracking. Ability to follow ITIL processes, SOPs, and comply with Security Standards.
