Job Summary and Key Areas of Responsibility
We are looking for a versatile leader with experience in growing and leading strategic relationships with major selected companies in the retail industry.
As an account executive, your ability to define and execute the NCR VOYIX strategy with each major company will be critical to enabling NCR VOYIX to achieve our goals in this important area of the market. The ability to understand and deal with ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment is very important for this role. Your leadership will help create programs and offerings for retailers with sites of major companies to enable sales opportunities for the NCR VOYIX direct sales force and our channel partners.

Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Define strategic objectives in conjunction with a select group of major companies and retailers.
- Map stakeholder relationships within major companies and NCR VOYIX.
- Work with NCR VOYIX Account Executives in various countries.
- Jointly develop business offerings for dealers and franchisees of major companies.
- Participate in major internal events of companies and industry associations.
- Represent the interests of major companies within NCR VOYIX to define direct and channel execution strategies.
- Create, communicate, and inspire a vision for the major business to customers and the NCR VOYIX team.
- Inspire, influence, and lead as needed to drive business success.
- Foster and lead change and create an innovation mindset.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of related business development and sales management experience in the retail industry with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of major companies and the retail market and related competition.
- Proven track record in sales management leadership.
- Collaborate with customers and partners, enabling them to experience greater business value from our company.
- Experience in developing and executing solution sales strategies and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including establishing credibility and trust with partners and building influential relationships with stakeholders, including finance, legal, sales operations, human resources, support services, marketing, and professional services.
- Ability to work and manage in a matrix management environment.
- Lead, mentor, influence, and develop sales presentations and demonstrations for relevant solutions.
- Reports directly to the Vice President of Global Sales for Convenience and Fuel Retail Sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong executive presence: this role will have broad executive visibility both internally and externally.
- Leadership of a sales organization that includes complex solutions (HW/SW/Services).
- Project management skills; Competence in managing business and customer plans.
