**Scaled Account Management, Team Lead Responsibilities**:

- Deliver against sales and other business goals
- Lead a high-performing team of Account Managers
- Hire, Coach, develop and inspire your direct reports
- Become an expert in Meta’s solutions for businesses
- Identify actionable insights and capture opportunities to improve client results and team strategy
- Develop and implement programs to improve the advertiser experience and develop the market
- Monitor progress against goals and respond to changes in the market
- Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree
- 7+ years of work experience in sales, marketing or related fields
- Experience leading high performing teams
- Proven problem-solving and strategy development experience
- Experience building working relationships inside and outside of an organization
