Die Digital Business Akademie (DBA) bereitet Quereinsteiger in einem intensiven 9-monatigen Vollzeit-Kurs auf eine Karriere im Digital Sales vor. Als Tutor:in begleitest du unsere Kursteilnehmenden auf ihrer Kursreise und unterstützt ihren Lernerfolg. Wir sind eine Remote-First Company, du kannst also flexibel von zu Hause arbeiten. Aufgaben Curriculum-Entwicklung : Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Aktualisierung unseres Lehrplans. Tutoring : Regelmäßige Tutorien zur Vertiefung der Lehrinhalte und Klärung offener Fragen. Teamverantwortung : Zusammenarbeit mit Dozenten und Kollegen zur Förderung des Lernerfolgs und Verbesserung des Kurses. Qualifikation Studienstatus : Eingeschrieben an einer Hochschule für mindestens ein weiteres Jahr (unverzichtbar). Zeiteinsatz : Bereit, wöchentlich 15-20 Stunden als Tutor zu arbeiten (unverzichtbar). Erfahrung : Erste Erfahrungen im digitalen Vertrieb, insbesondere mit CRM-Software wie Salesforce oder Hubspot, und Bereitschaft, diese zu vertiefen. Sprachkenntnisse : Fließend in Deutsch mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Soziale Kompetenz : Empathisch und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen.
