**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives, particularly focusing on "Moon" and our fundamental talent placement services
- Work closely with team members and the CEO to ensure sales and marketing efforts are integrated, achieving seamless alignment and maximum efficiency.
- Lead digital strategy development, including outbound, inbound, content, and nurture components, establishing yourself as a thought leader in key digital marketing aspects.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns, recommending improvements across the client base.
- Oversee all digital marketing endeavors, including PPC, website optimization, and SEO enhancement, focusing on budget allocation and lead generation.
- Gather customer testimonials and case studies for integration into marketing campaigns, bolstering credibility and trust.
- Employ advanced marketing techniques, such as data-driven decision-making and AI/ML insights, to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Orchestrate the go-to-market strategy for "Moon," managing launch activities, promotional events, and partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in AI/ML talent acquisition.
- Design and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns for the US and LATAM markets
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies and meet growth targets.

**Technical Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience with digital marketing and web tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, Mailchimp, Moz, SEMRush, AdRoll, Hootsuite, and proficiency with HubSpot Marketing and Sales tools.
- At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing within the B2B SaaS sector, demonstrating a track record of crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies that produce quantifiable results, including but not limited to demand generation, inbound marketing, digital advertising, social media, SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and reporting and analytics.
- Experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
- Expertise in A/B and multivariate experiments, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), and setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

**General Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong expertise in integrating sales and marketing, with a cohesive strategy development approach.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and forge strong external partnerships.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus, to effectively engage our LATAM audience.
