**Company Description**

Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a **Digital Marketing Manager** con especialización en marketing digital para el desarrollo de estrategias de Patient Activation y Non-personal Promotion, preferiblemente con experiência en la industria farmacéutica. Buscamos una persona con visión estratégica y con un historial versátil en diversas prácticas digitales, todas dirigidas a impulsar el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades.
La persona seleccionada se involucrará en proyectos de transformación digital, empleando estrategias innovadoras centradas en las personas, con el objetivo de impactar de manera positiva en la vida de muchos pacientes.

**Principales atributos y desafíos**:

- Ejecutar, coordinar y monitorear la implementación de la estrategia y plan de Marketing Digital.
- Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios en proyectos de estrategia de marketing, transformación digital e innovación (dentro del marco regulatorio local y políticas establecidas por AbbVie), diseñando experiências adaptadas a cada canal/stakeholder.
- Colaboración con equipos de diferentes áreas, como Marketing, Ventas, Business Tecnology Solutions, Patient Advocacy, entre otras, para abordar propuestas estratégicas con un enfoque integral.
- Planificación y desarrollo de estrategias de distribución de contenido personalizado según canal y audiencia. Asegurar el involucramiento de áreas claves para revisión y aprobación como OEC (Compliance) y legales.
- Co-creación de contenido promocional y no promocional para distintos canales, como YouTube, Instagram, web propia y otros activos digitales de asociaciones médicas/de pacientes.
- Gestionar y optimizar las campañas en plataformas como Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn y otras.
- Coordinación con agencias para el seguimiento de proyectos, rendimiento y desarrollo de productos digitales.
- Conocimientos de herramientas digitales como HubSpot o similar, para mejorar la eficiencia e impacto de las campañas en redes.
- Planificar, organizar y administrar seminarios web como parte de las estrategias de marketing de contenido para educar a distintos stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Título universitario en áreas como Marketing, Administración de Empresas o Comunicación.
- Experiência probada en marketing y comunicación en roles similares.
- Se valora experiência en sectores de innovación, tecnología y consultoría.
- Dominio avanzado del inglés.
- Capacidad analítica. Conocimiento profundo de métricas y terminología de marketing.
- Amplio conocimiento en canales y estrategias de marketing digital.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Dominio de Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce y Microsoft Power BI.
- Comprensión de los principios y prácticas de CRM y automatización de marketing.
