Jetzt möchten wir unseren Vertrieb aufbauen und suchen dich als unsere erste Vertriebs-Person. Deine Rolle: Als erster Sales Manager bei Aplano hast du die einzigartige Chance, unseren Vertrieb von Grund auf zu gestalten. Dabei hast du komplette Freiheit. Du übernimmst die gesamte Sales-Pipeline – von der Lead-Generierung bis zum Abschluss – und prägst maßgeblich unsere zukünftige Vertriebsstrategie. Diese Position ist vollständig remote. Aufgaben Aufbau des Vertriebs: Du entwickelst Strategien, um KMUs anzusprechen und als Kunden zu gewinnen. Lead-Generierung: Du identifizierst und recherchierst eigenständig potenzielle Kunden im KMU-Bereich. Kaltakquise: Du sprichst potenzielle Kunden aktiv an – per E-Mail oder Telefon. Feedback und Optimierung: Du teilst Kundenfeedback mit dem Team, um unser Produkt und unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Qualifikation Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb: Du hast bereits erfolgreich im Sales gearbeitet Unternehmerisches Denken: Du erkennst Chancen und setzt sie eigenständig um. Eigeninitiative: Du bist motiviert, etwas Neues aufzubauen, und arbeitest selbstständig. Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst Menschen begeistern und verfügst über hervorragende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse. Technisches Verständnis: CRM-Systeme und Sales-Tools sind dir vertraut.
