Objetivo del rol:

El Técnico de Soporte y Asesoramiento (TSA) será clave para optimizar el proceso de cotización de equipos, brindando asesoramiento técnico al área Comercial y respondiendo a las demandas del cliente de manera eficiente. Trabajará en la configuración técnica de equipos, elaboración de cotizaciones y gestión de aprobaciones con la Casa Matriz en Alemania.

Principales desafíos:

1. Brindar soporte técnico y asesoramiento a ejecutivos comerciales en Argentina, Uruguay y Paraguay, colaborando estrechamente en la identificación de las necesidades de los clientes.
2. Recibir y analizar la información sobre las necesidades específicas de los clientes.
3. Realizar la configuración técnica de las máquinas utilizando un programa especializado, asegurando que cada equipo esté personalizado para satisfacer las demandas del cliente.
4. Armar cotizaciones que incluyan el costeo y la confección de la descripción técnica de las máquinas.
5. Gestionar el envío de la información a la Casa Matriz en Alemania para su aprobación.
6. Trabajar junto al equipo comercial para ofrecer varias alternativas al cliente.
7. Asesorar sobre las características técnicas de los equipos y posibles accesorios adicionales.

Formación Académica: Título universitario en Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecánica, Industrial o afines (deseable). También serán considerados candidatos con formación técnica o universitaria incompleta.

Experiencia: +7/8 años de experiencia en roles de asistencia técnica y asesoramiento al cliente. Se valorará positivamente la experiencia adicional como Ingeniero de Procesos.

Conocimientos Técnicos: conocimiento de software CAD 2D/3D y procesos de la industria alimentaria.

Idiomas: Inglés avanzado es excluyente; alemán es un plus.

Características del Puesto:

Ubicación: GBA Norte, con mayor presencia en la oficina y algunos días de trabajo desde casa. Lunes a Viernes, de 8 a 17 hs.
