Como Field Sales Director (Dirección Comercial), serás responsable del éxito en el mercado de nuestros productos, como Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, Chrome Enterprise y Google Maps Platform, así como de la adopción de nuestros servicios profesionales de Cloud, Data & AI provistos por aeros.
Tendrás un impacto directo en las métricas del negocio, incluyendo el crecimiento, el seguimiento de los ciclos de ventas, el aumento del volumen de negocio y la adquisición de nuevos clientes por medio de tu equipo de Field Sales Reps.
Colaborarás con los equipos de Ventas, Marketing, Operaciones y Estrategia de Producto para definir y alcanzar objetivos estratégicos.
Aprovecharás tu conocimiento de nuestros productos y servicios para convertirte en un asesor de confianza para empresas de todos los tamaños e industrias en LATAM, guiándolas en el uso de Google Cloud para lograr sus objetivos de negocio e ideas innovadoras.
El rol a cubrir requiere de alta y continua exposición con Googlers, así como con clientes Enterprise, Corporate, Public Sector y SMB en todo LATAM, principalmente en Argentina, Uruguay y Colombia; por lo tanto, buscamos una persona con ganas de asumir un alto grado de compromiso, excelentes habilidades comunicacionales y mucha pero mucha ganas de unirse a este proyecto
Qué vas a hacer
En cuanto al Liderazgo estratégico y comercial:
1. Liderar e implementar propuestas de comercialización (Go-to-Market): Trabajar en forma coordinada con los equipos de Marketing, Generación de Demanda, Soluciones, Producto e Ingeniería para crear estrategias comerciales específicas y efectivas para el sector asignado.
2. Asesor de confianza: Establecer y cultivar relaciones sólidas con clientes clave para influir en su dirección estratégica a largo plazo, actuando como un asesor de confianza en soluciones de Google Cloud Platform y servicios de aeros.
3. Impulsar el crecimiento de ventas: Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de cuentas de Google para desarrollar e impulsar oportunidades de negocio, brindando orientación y experiencia.
4. Gestionar y evolucionar al equipo actual: Brindar experiencia, buenas prácticas y liderazgo en la administración del equipo actual de Field Sales en todo LATAM.
En cuanto al Enfoque en resultados y metas estratégicas:
1. Alineación con objetivos comerciales: Trabajar de manera proactiva y estratégica para alcanzar los objetivos de negocio establecidos, asegurando que las acciones de ventas estén alineadas con la visión general de la empresa.
2. Generación de demanda: Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de la generación de demanda y la creación de propuestas de valor personalizadas para clientes potenciales.
