**General Summary**:
**The Ad Sales Planner will be working closely with the Planners & Ad Sales Account Executives to prepare proposals, research, prepare media plans and presentations to support the **sales process**. The Ad Sales Planning Assistant will also be responsible for assisting with Finance, Yield Management Group, Traffic Operations and Marketing. This position will report directly to the Ad Sales Manager Argentina.**:
**Responsibilities**:
**85% Ad Sales Responsabilities**:

- ** Administrative & Finance/ Billing**:

- ** Client Registration / Pacing.**:

- ** Register new customer**:

- ** Control of executive agreements**:

- ** Control of the Billable before invoicing**:

- ** Retroactive adjustments new negotiations**:

- ** Creating and updating of Agreements**:

- ** Create and permanently update the Agreements report detailing the commercial conditions of the agreements with the Agencies / Clients: Confidential Percentage, Confidential Method, Contract validity, etc.**:

- ** Network Inventory**:

- ** Responsible of tracking the Inventory analysis by prioritizing customers in case of lack of inventory.**:

- ** Taking care of Tokens**:

- ** Review of available inventory and token priority of advertisers**:

- ** Long Format Infomercials: Entry of orders and control of materials sent by the client. Teamwork with Programming and Operations.**:

- ** Re-schedule of commercial pre-emted**:

- ** Ad Sales Operations**:

- ** Sending Materials to Operations and creation of HN**:

- ** Airchecks**:

- ** Assistance to Ad Sales Planners for the preparation of presentations**:

- ** Familiarity with Networks supported ad specifications and pricing guidelines.**:

- ** Become familiar with ad sales sponsorship opportunities as they are released.**:

- ** Prepares and revises sales proposals using Power Point and Excel.**:

- ** Prepare research-based presentations for entire sales team.**:

- ** Programming information research.**:
**5% Ad Sales Manager and Director**:

- ** Prepare the expense reports of the Ad Sales Manager and Director, as well as deal with travel arrangements (authorizations, itineraries, flight confirmation, accommodation)**:

- ** Coordination of agenda for meetings with key Ad Sales clients**:

- ** Maintain the priority database update of Ad Sales clients**:
**5% Office Responsibilities**:

- ** Supply of office supplies**:

- ** Bookstore and stationery Order.**:

- ** Weekly Beverages and Drinks supply.**:

- ** Keep the Emergency Medicine Kit always complete.**:
