RedCloud enables FMCG Brands to seize new opportunities in emerging markets, facilitates access to more buyers & streamlines operations for Distributors, and helps Local Merchants spend more time selling products, not searching for them.

The company comprises a highly diverse, dynamic team of driven talented people from over twenty different countries, speaking multiple languages, with a physical footprint in Africa, Europe, and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

- Account Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new business clients, focusing on distributors in the FMCG sector to expand our market presence.

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.

- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Training and Development: Provide training and awareness sessions to ensure stakeholders understand our product offerings and value propositions.

- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Engage in contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the FMCG industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of accountability.

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with FMCG.
