👩💻¿Qué hacemos en el equipo de Customer Success?

Vamos más allá de lo esperado para que nuestros usuarios estén satisfechos. Los escuchamos a través de diversos canales, vamos a fondo para entender cuáles son sus necesidades, buscamos soluciones y dejamos todo para darle una atención personalizada. Ah Y como en todo equipo de Real Trends, medimos lo que hacemos, lo analizamos y tomamos decisiones para mejorar día a día.

👆¿Qué desafíos te esperan como Customer Success Specialist?

- Atención por chat, mail y teléfono de los usuarios de Real Trends México y Argentina.
- Brindar atención personalizada acorde con los parámetros de calidad establecidos.
- Mantener una comunicación regular con los usuarios para comprender sus necesidades y entender en profundidad cada consulta.
- Mantener a los usuarios informados sobre nuevos features y herramientas.
- Analizar datos para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Dar Seguimiento de principio a fin de cada consulta.
- Implementar estrategias de retención.
- Seguir y gestionar de las encuestas de NPS de Customer Success.
- Recopilar feedback de los usuarios y comunicarlo internamente para impulsar la mejora continua.
- Dar seguimiento a los casos elevados por los usuarios.

Requirements

🤓Conocimientos y habilidades que valoramos:

- Secundario completo.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia comprobable en posiciones similares.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, comunicación asertiva, orientación a resultados y autonomía para la resolución de casos.
- Buen manejo de paquete GSuite, especialmente Excel.
- Proactividad, organización y team work.
- Habilidades de negociación.

👏Es un plus que tengas:

- Conocimientos de portugués
- Experiencia en equipos de ventas
- Haber trabajado con plataformas tipo CRM (Intercom - Zendesk - Salesforce)
