Uno de nuestros partners, empresa de producto IT se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Head of Sales regional, para el segmento de pequeñas y medianas empresas, trabajará junto a un equipo de comerciales para todo LATAM:
Algunos de tus desafíos serán:
1. Crear y gestionar un equipo comercial de alto rendimiento, implantar procesos escalables e innovar en estrategias de ventas para aplicar en LATAM.
2. Establecer objetivos claros y expectativas de rendimiento, supervisando, midiendo y mejorando indicadores claves.
3. Aplicar planes de mejora, rendimientos e incentivos a fin de impulsar la productividad.
4. Supervisar las iniciativas de prospección y generación de oportunidades, garantizando una cartera sólida y de alta calidad en todos los segmentos pertinentes.
5. Colaborar con el equipo de productos para identificar y priorizar las características de los productos que respondan a las necesidades de los clientes y aumenten su satisfacción.
Skills necesarios para lograrlo:
1. Experiência comprobable en la gestión y crecimiento de los ingresos dentro del segmento SMB.
2. Se valora experiência en empresas de servicios IT y/o SaaS.
3. Experiência en liderazgo, gestión de equipo y potenciar el rendimiento de los mismos.
4. Experiência trabajando en mercados LATAM B2B.
5. Conocimientos de CRM como Sap, Salesforces, Genesis entre otros.
6. Valoramos experiência en metodologías ágiles.
7. Perfil analítico.
