They exclusively represent over 20 media platforms in more than 45 countries worldwide.
We are looking for a passionate Head of Revenue Growth who can drive our client's growth in the LATAM region.
**Requirements**:
Job Requirements
Define GTM strategy for specific regions and verticals by creating compelling commercial propositions leveraging internal, and external data
Identify, prioritize and secure AAA business opportunities in the LATAM region
Work with a suite of C-level executives to understand client business & marketing needs
Create persuasive sales presentations & case studies
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic sales & marketing initiatives
Being an enabler of business growth & digital transformation for key business segments
BA/BSc in economics, social sciences, statistics or similar
Similar working experience with social media like Meta, TikTok, Snap or Twitter
Ability to work autonomously by leveraging analytical and strong quantitative skills
Deep knowledge of the LATAM digital marketing landscape
Understanding of major advertising success metrics
Experience translating business insights into go-to-market sales strategies
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Ability to use market intelligence and marketing data to develop go-to-market sales strategies using key media representations of the company in LATAM
Good understanding of performance (web conversions & app installs) and brand-building marketing strategies focusing on Digital Natives & Exporters vertical segments
Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and can prioritize AAA sales opportunities accordingly
Ability to work cross-functionally with local sales teams as well as leverage global resources like Customer Success, Brand Strategy, Marketing & Global Performance Unit
Knowledge (business models, challenges, barriers to entering new markets, media strategies) of key industries like e-commerce, gambling, financial services, crypto and gaming
Experience working with LATAM markets
