**Full Job Description**

**Core Responsibilities**
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive product and marketing strategies aligned with EdgeUno's overarching business objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Product Management: Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements. Ensure alignment between product offerings, customer needs, and the company's mission.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Design and implement lead generation programs to capture, nurture, and convert prospects through the sales funnel. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform both product and marketing decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights to evaluate marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment to achieve departmental objectives.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum results.
- Industry Engagement: Plan and participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and forge valuable connections.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and a solid understanding of cloud, hosting, datacenter, and/or telecommunications industry.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights and effective marketing strategies.
- Results-oriented: A track record of delivering measurable and impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM software, analytics tools, and other relevant marketing technologies.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and information effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and adapt marketing strategies to changing market dynamics.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to devise unique marketing approaches and stay ahead of the competition.
- Professional proficiency in English / other relevant languages for international market expansion.
