About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our digital growth strategy as Global Head of Digital Growth and Cyber Protection. Reporting directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Director, you will lead a team of 3 in implementing SEO strategies that drive new customer acquisition and adoption across 20+ website locales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive consistent year-on-year organic growth through sound strategies and expert use of data.
- Build out the Acronis global SEO strategy and framework, adapting it to international market requirements.
- Leverage content strategy to coordinate its generation and multilanguage adoption.
- Drive team success through effective leadership, mentorship, and functional guidance.
- Communicate SEO performance and initiative status to stakeholders in weekly business reviews.
- 8+ years of experience working in SEO, 2+ years in a leadership position, and 2+ years of international SEO experience.
- Proven track record of proficiency in Technical SEO driving consistent year-on-year organic growth through sound strategies and expert use of data.
- Familiarity with using SEO tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and more.
- Hands-on experience with optimizing websites with multiple locales.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Acronis offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
