Desde Cetrogar te estamos buscando Buscamos a nuestro próximo Coordinador de CX, para trabajar en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Belgrano, Capital Federal.
Los desafíos que te esperan son:
Coordinar el desarrollo del área impulsando iniciativas para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
Liderar el desarrollo del CRM de la compañía (Salesforce).
Diseñar y ejecutar capacitaciones en CX en nuestros equipos.
Desarrollar y monitorear el contact center, analizando resultados, definiendo nuevas métricas e impulsando proyectos para aumentar su productividad.
Desarrollar dashboards de gestión para el monitoreo del nivel de satisfacción de los clientes y del contact center.
Proponer y definir modelos de atención al cliente: coordinar mediciones de satisfacción (NPS, CSAT) para evaluar la experiencia del cliente.
Armado y coordinación deprogramas de fidelización
Supervisar el presupuesto del sector.
Que esperamos de vos:
- Estudiante avanzado o graduado en Comercialización, Marketing, Comunicación, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima 2 años liderando equipos de Customer Experience .
- Uso de Salesforce y programas de fidelización (excluyente).
- Conocimiento en CRM, Marketing Cloud y Services Cloud (preferente).
- Experiencia en modelos de negocios omnicanales (excluyente).
- Excel avanzado (excluyente).
- Manejo de Power BI o Tableau (no excluyente).
