Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a **Recepcionista **para incorporar al equipo de JLL ubicado en las instalaciones de nuestro cliente, una reconocida empresa multinacional:
- **Zona de trabajo**:Munro, Buenos Aires
- **Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a Viernes de 8 a 17hs o Lunes a Viernes de 9 a 18hs
- **Tipo de contrato**: Tiempo indefinido.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Recepción y distribución de llamadas entrantes
- Dar respuesta a cada área y colaborar con las llamadas salientes
- Gestionar las solicitudes realizadas a través del WF actual
- Administración de la entrada de visitas en el edificio Tronador
- Página web del Cliente en Argentina: gestionar los correos electrónicos y derivar a las áreas correspondientes.
- Gestionar el servicio postal: OCA / DHL / FEDEX
- Distribución del correo interno en los buzones de recepción de cada área
- Distribución de las llamadas del PSP
- Control diario del correo de voz del PSP
- Responsable de llevar la información trimestral de las reclamaciones de los pacientes recibidas en el correo electrónico o página web del cliente
- Recepción de todos los correos / correspondencia (interna y/o externa) de la empresa y su distribución en los buzones de recepción de cada área
- Gestionar los servicios de mensajería solicitados a través de la FM actual y/o las urgencias que se reciban vía correo.
- Gestionar los pedidos de Farmacia solicitados por las diferentes áreas a través de la WF actual y coordinar la entrega de los pedidos a los solicitantes
- Comprobar las facturas de los pedidos de farmacia e informarlas a RRHH
- Cargar la base de datos relacionada con el proceso y funcionamiento de los pedidos de farmacia.
- Apoyar a FM en las actividades de administración.
- Crear relaciones públicas en el sistema SAP.
- Compra y control de stock de los suministros de cocina, reposición de los suministros de café
- Gestionar el servicio de limpieza para la preparación de habitaciones y servicios de café solicitados a través del FM actual
- Control de las facturas de todos los servicios de recepción y de otras áreas cuando los proveedores han sido gestionados por FM y la asignación en SAP /SIF
- Control de la documentación de todos los proveedores de FM
- Gestionar los desayunos de los viernes y/o los desayunos especiales de las sedes de Tronador y La Paz.
- Gestionar las actividades de la flota y todos los proveedores relacionados con la flota: incluye el combustible, el mantenimiento, los seguros, las transferencias, la compra de nuevos coches, la preparación de la documentación para ser firmada por los gerentes, las solicitudes de activos, el seguimiento de toda la información financiera, los informes mensuales a los recursos humanos y MBS, SAP, SES, SIF, los entrenamientos, la entrega de nuevos coches, la solicitud de citas para las películas de seguridad, etc.
- Colaboración en el control del presupuesto de FM y su correcta asignación.
- Colaboración en la implementación o modificación de los SOP.
- Responsable de todos los accesos de control: Informe CR360, informes de RRHH e informes puntuales solicitados para los directivos.
- Coordinación de toda la mensajería y motos solicitadas a través del flujo de trabajo actual.
- Responsable de tomar la temperatura de entrada/salida según los protocolos de Covid
- Responsable de archivar todas las declaraciones de los empleados de Covid.
- Gestionar las reposiciones de las máquinas expendedoras y los nuevos productos.
**Requisitos**:
- + 2 años de experiência como Recepcionista
- Experiência en carga de facturas en sistema
- Persona cordial al conversar.
- Nível de Ingles Intermedio (oral y escrito)
