What this job involves
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Workplace Coordinator to join our team:
**Location**: Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

**Work model**: On site.

**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.

This role is responsible for reception activities, such us mail, visitors, access cards, events and meeting rooms support, etc.) and be the point of contact for users at the office.

What is your day to day?
Answer phone calls and assist visitors.
Request supplies office for cafeteria, bookstore, events, meeting rooms, and request remises when required.
Provide support in events such as birthdays, workshops and marketing initiatives.
Validate that the supplier's documentation is correct.
Follow up on supplier invoices and rendermonthly billing and provisions.
Perform daily site inspections / checklists.
Assure all tickets opened were tracked and completed on time.

Desired experience and technical skills
Receptionist experience.
Good communication skills.
Excel.
Upper-intermediate level of English.

Required
Student or graduated of a university degree.
2-3 years’ experience as receptionist.
