**Client Relations and Sales Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Request Management**: Efficiently handle incoming client requests, managing and organizing interpreting needs and engagements.
- **Establish Brand Awareness**: Effectively communicate our brand's values, offerings, and unique selling points to the clients.
- **Proposal and Agreement Preparation**: Draft and dispatch proposals and agreements to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- **Weekly and Monthly Reporting**: Compile weekly and monthly reports to track sales performance and other metrics, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- **Research for Opportunities**: Identify potential client opportunities for outbound strategies, employing tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Rocketreach, and Hubspot.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.
- **Collaborative Nature**: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams within the organization, fostering a cooperative work environment.
- **Market Research Abilities**: Capability to conduct basic market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities within industries and generate leads.
