Buscamos una persona apasionada en el área Growth para el rol de BDM (Business Development Manager Corporativo Regional), con modalidad híbrida, para trabajar en nuestra oficina ubicada en San Martín, Buenos Aires.
Responsabilidades:Prospectar nuevas cuentas con gran potencial de crecimiento mediante contactos de la industria/búsqueda/visitas en frío y búsqueda de leads en los principales marketplace, retail y generadores de carga de acuerdo a la línea de negocio asignada en los países asignados.Generación de acuerdos comerciales que permitan el crecimiento de la marca, cumplimiento de metas de ventas y objetivos de la organización en los países asignados.Generar, preparar y coordinar reuniones comerciales con prospectos y clientes para presentar a la empresa y sus servicios.Preparar y enviar a los clientes y potenciales clientes las tarifas y cotizaciones de los servicios solicitados.Mantener el CRM o Documentos necesarios al día con la información de sus negocios para que esté listo para presentar.Asistencia presencial y/o virtual a eventos de la industria o instancias para lograr acuerdos comerciales para generar levantamiento de leads y networking.Ejecutar un plan de trabajo enfocado en el desarrollo del negocio ("hunting" estratégico) con cuentas clave.
Entrega de resultados en el corto plazo reportando directamente al VP y Directora de Growth.Analizar periódicamente la competencia y presentar benchmark regional de los distintos mercados.Asegurar viabilidad respecto a la operación de posibles nuevos clientes bajo su gestión y realizar el onboarding y kickoff oficial.Elaborar y presentar informes semanales sobre el estado y desempeño del pipeline.Hacer seguimiento al equipo de prospección para mantener actualizado el ICP y las cuentas objetivo.Consolidar presupuestos de venta nueva, establecer metas al equipo comercial en coordinación estrecha con las diferentes líneas de negocio.Lo que buscamos en ti:15 o más años en prospección, captación y mantenimiento de clientes clave de la industria logística/ecommerce.Sólida experiencia en ventas en frío.Experiencia en marketplace, ecommerce y venta de servicios logísticos (deseable).Preferible contar con clientes previos reconocidos en la industria.Experiencia gestionando licitaciones de inicio a fin.Capacidad demostrada para generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales tanto en Argentina como en otros países.Habilidades de liderazgo personal y de equipos, con potencial para asumir responsabilidades mayores a futuro.Ser parte de una startup en crecimiento acelerado que está revolucionando la logística en América Latina.Un entorno laboral dinámico y flexible que te permitirá trabajar de manera híbrida o remota según tu ubicación.Oportunidades de crecimiento profesional dentro de una empresa que valora la innovación y el talento.Modalidad de trabajo híbrido.Contrato a tiempo Indeterminado.Lugar de Trabajo Presencial: San Martin, Buenos Aires.Los interesados pueden enviar su CV a ****** con el asunto "Nombre y Apellido - Business Development Manager".
