Hardware Sales Executive I

At Cadence Design Systems, Inc., we're driving innovation in the electronics industry. We're seeking a skilled Hardware Sales Executive I to join our team and contribute to our growth in the Hardware assisted verification segment.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Account Executives and Applications Engineering management, coordinating sales efforts to address Hardware assisted verification opportunities with automotive, AI/ML, 5G, Hyperscalers, and other high-growth market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Hardware assisted verification segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams to drive successful hardware sales campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and expand our market share.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics systems ecosystem.
  • 5+ years of direct sales and business development experience.
  • Proven track record of forecasting and achieving quarterly Booking and Revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
