Job Summary:
Pure Barre is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive sales growth.
- Membership and Retail Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by selling memberships and retail products to clients.
- Studio Operations: Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Software Proficiency: Develop proficiency in ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and identify sales opportunities.
- Networking and Community Events: Participate in local networking events and community activities to promote Pure Barre and build relationships with potential clients.
- Operational Duties: Assist with operational tasks such as ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and executing studio promotions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of sales or relevant experience in the fitness industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in ClubReady software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
