Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Francesca's. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate the Boutique Team

Support and reinforce a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.

Operational Processes

Assist the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Boutique Team.

Communication and Problem Solving

Use effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team. Proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently solve problems that arise.

Company Policies and Procedures

Support and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.

Requirements
  • Preferred Experience

Preferred experience in a specialty retail store.

Skills and Abilities

Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently. Flexible and adaptable. Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
