AWS Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced AWS Enterprise Sales Manager - Gen AI to join our team in Argentina. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services among enterprise customers in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in the enterprise segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience and drive adoption of AWS services.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with the AWS sales leadership team to develop and execute regional sales plans and strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and adoption in the enterprise segment.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, with experience in selling complex technical solutions to enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders in both languages.
