Job Title: Customer Support Agent with Finnish or Swedish

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Riga, Latvia. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of a payment platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  • Record case resolutions in our contact center tool, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet customer needs and achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer experience.
  • Meet quality standards for all handled contacts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the schedule of work days and hours, being punctual and ready to start working on time.
  • Handle contacts while maintaining targets for response time, handle time, and resolution rate, aligned with project Key Performance Indicators (KRAs).
  • Participate in additional ad-hoc tasks that contribute to better service to the client or improvement of your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Finnish or Swedish (C1) and fluent in English (B1+) language, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing there.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Latvia.
  • Computer literacy with a minimum typing skill of 50 wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Optimistic, friendly, positive, and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Service-oriented profile with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to work shift hours/part-time (to the extent legally possible), adapting fast to changes in prioritization.
  • No remarks in a background check, e.g., no criminal record, and willingness to participate in such a background check process during the recruitment process.
