Customer Support Operations Specialist

Join AirHelp's Customer Support team as a Customer Support Operations Specialist and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Customer Support Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers at every stage of our claim-handling process, from assessing claims to communicating with customers via email, chat, and social media channels.
You will utilize your legal knowledge to advise and assist air travelers, ensuring that they receive the support they need in a timely and friendly manner.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written, minimum C1 level) and has experience working with targets.
