Product Vision and Roadmap

As our Lead Product Owner at Kimberly-Clark, you will have the opportunity to drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. This involves ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. You will lead the product backlog and release planning, setting clear priorities and objectives for development teams.

Cross Functional Team Management

You will manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration between Product Managers, engineers, designers, and marketing to deliver end-to-end digital experiences. This includes overseeing the creation of detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals, ensuring development teams have the necessary resources to deliver committed value.

Agile Development and Decision Making

As the key decision-maker on features and functionalities, you will resolve any conflicts or roadblocks that arise during product development. You will lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, ensuring effective product delivery.

Performance Metrics and Compliance

You will continuously assess product performance, gather customer feedback, and lead iteration cycles to optimize product features. You will ensure that all product features comply with relevant data privacy regulations, such as CPRA/CCPA and GDPR, and collaborate with legal teams to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field and 7+ years of experience as a Lead Product Owner, particularly in B2B digital products or platforms. You will also need extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital products at scale.
