Media is seeking a proactive professional who recognizes the importance of aligning social and brand strategies to achieve impactful results. The Senior Social Media Strategist plays a crucial role in executing and managing the brand's innovative strategy across diverse digital platforms. This position is responsible for identifying and utilizing the most effective channels and technologies to fulfill brand goals and connect with the target audience. The role includes transforming creative ideas into engaging content across various platforms, ensuring the brand's message is prominent and consistent with a unified Social Perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute social strategies that align with the creative vision, selecting essential messages and designing campaign mechanics for maximum brand exposure and effectiveness. Campaign Management: Establish, monitor, and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout campaigns to ensure strategic goals are achieved and provide suggestions for enhancements. Team Collaboration: Support Content and Community Management teams, ensuring their initiatives are in line with strategic objectives. Data Analysis: Examine and interpret data from various analytical and monitoring tools to continually optimize social media accounts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside diverse teams including Data, Brand Strategy, Paid Media, Creative, and Operations to implement comprehensive strategies and reach shared objectives.

Requirements

Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in Google Suite, Miró, Slido, and Jira. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across various disciplines. Previous experience in managing social media strategies and campaigns. Ability to swiftly adapt to changing trends and technologies in the social media environment.

Background & Skills

Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in social media strategy or a similar role. Proven success in creating and executing social media strategies that enhance engagement and meet business goals. Certifications or training in relevant social media management tools and analytics platforms is advantageous.

The Senior Social Media Strategist will be vital in ensuring the brand's presence is impactful, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives across all social media channels, fostering engagement and growth in the digital landscape.
