About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Strategist to join our team at Media. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Craft and implement social media strategies aligned with our creative direction, selecting key messages and constructing campaign mechanics for optimal brand visibility and impact.
  • Campaign Oversight: Define, track, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at each stage of campaigns to ensure strategic objectives are met and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Team Support: Provide support to Content and Community Management teams, ensuring their efforts align with strategic objectives.
  • Analytical Insights: Analyze and interpret data obtained from various analytical and monitoring tools to optimize social media accounts continuously.
  • Collaborative Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Brand Strategy, Paid Media, Creative, and Operations to execute comprehensive strategies and achieve collective goals.

Requirements

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Digital Tools: Proficiency in Google Suite, Miró, Slido, Jira.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaborative abilities to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in managing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to evolving trends and technologies in the social media landscape.

Background and Skills

  • Marketing Background: Background in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proven Experience: 5 years of proven experience in social media strategy or a related role.
  • Demonstrated Success: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
  • Certifications or Training: Certifications or training in relevant social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
