We're looking for a talented, creative, and experienced creative strategist to join our social media ad agency.
Interested in a flexible, remote role so you can work from anywhere in the world?
**This role is on a freelance basis. However, we want to work with serious applicants who are looking for long-term, ongoing work. If you're a great fit, this will become a full-time and a work-from-home position.**

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Coming up with new ad anges and hook variations weekly
- Thinking of better and wilder hook visuals
- Brainstorm new ideas and angles every month
- Writing scripts and storyboards for our brands
- Be in tune with the industry to find out what’s working (and not working) for others, ad policy updates etc. Use this alongside your own ideation to inspire creative concepts.
- Conduct extensive research following the Research Hub protocol for our brands to understand the actual pain points and desires of their target customers by reading reviews, looking at comments under their ads on Facebook and taking the pulse of the audience to understand what it is they really want, how they speak, key phrases or words that they use and resonate with and more.
- Analysing creative performance inside client ad accounts to get a look at what's working, what’s not working and what could be optimised for better performance or more scale
- Curate swipe files of creative ideas for future inspiration
- Coming up with ideas for iterations of ads
**Ideal persona**:
- You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- You have a sound understanding of paid media, UGC and what type of content converts on Facebook & TikTok
- You’ve worked within an agency previously
- You enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life
- Can anticipate future trends and viral videos to jump on
- Demonstrated success in identifying and collaborating with UGC creators and brands
- You are detail-orientated, organised and able to manage multiple projects and briefs simultaneously.
- You’re open-minded and willing to learn
- You are comfortable communicating learnings with both team members and clients
**Availability**:
- This is a work-from-home position, 40 hours/week
- You're available during GMT 9-5.30 pm via Slack, Monday-Friday.
- We have a weekly video meeting to align the team once a week; you’d be joining us in these.
