It requires transforming creative ideas into engaging content across various platforms, ensuring the brand's message is distinct and consistent with a unified Social Perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute social strategies that reflect the creative vision, selecting key messages and designing campaign mechanics for maximum brand visibility and influence.
  • Campaign Management: Establish, monitor, and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout campaign phases to ensure strategic goals are achieved and provide suggestions for enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration: Support Content and Community Management teams, ensuring their initiatives align with strategic aims.
  • Data Analysis: Examine and interpret data from various analytical and monitoring tools to continually optimize social media accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside teams including Data, Brand Strategy, Paid Media, Creative, and Operations to implement comprehensive strategies and reach shared objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Miró, Slido, Jira.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across various disciplines.
  • Previous experience in managing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to changing trends and technologies in the social media landscape.

Background & Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in social media strategy or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing social media strategies that enhance engagement and fulfill business objectives.
  • Certifications or training in relevant social media management tools and analytics platforms are advantageous.
